Shipping Method
How We Ship
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment partners using reliable carrier services selected at checkout. Delivery speed and pricing are shown in real time based on destination, weight, and service level.
We print on premium Bella+Canvas 3001 tees (worth the wait). Most orders are made-to-order and leave the warehouse quickly once printed.
Order Processing Time
Processing: Typically 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Processing time is separate from transit time.
Domestic Shipping Options
- Standard: Estimated 3–8 business days after shipment.
- Expedited: Estimated 2–4 business days after shipment.
- Express: Estimated 1–2 business days after shipment.
International Shipping Options
- Economy: Estimated 6–21 business days after shipment.
- Priority: Estimated 3–7 business days after shipment.
- Express: Estimated 2–5 business days after shipment.
- Notes: Customs inspections can add time. Duties/taxes may be due on delivery and are the recipient’s responsibility.
Rates & Calculation
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on service level, destination, and order weight/size. Any promotional or free shipping options will appear automatically when eligible.
Tracking & Notifications
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. For detailed guidance, see our “How to Track My Order” page or email contact@saucly.com with your order number.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO/DPO
- Some services deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO; others do not.
- If a selected method cannot deliver to your address type, we will contact you to switch services.
Signature, Insurance & Safe-Drop
- Signature requirements vary by carrier and service; most standard services do not require a signature.
- If you need a signature or extra insurance, email us before ordering and we’ll advise available options.
- Once a package is marked “Delivered,” risk of loss may pass to the recipient per carrier policy; consider secure delivery locations.
Split Shipments
To get items to you faster, your order may ship in multiple packages at no extra cost. You’ll receive separate tracking for each parcel.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
- Need to change the address? Email contact@saucly.com immediately with your order number; changes are not possible after shipment.
- Undeliverable or refused packages can be reshipped (additional postage may apply) or refunded for product cost once returned to us (original shipping is non-refundable).
- If tracking stalls for more than 7 days or you suspect loss, email us and we will open a carrier investigation.
Peak Seasons & Holidays
During high-volume periods (e.g., November–December), both processing and transit times may be longer. Order early to ensure on-time delivery.
