  • Weekends & holidays: next business day

For the Quickest Help, Include

  • Your order number (e.g., #1234)
  • Full name and shipping address on the order
  • Clear description of the issue or question
  • Photos or screenshots if something arrived damaged or looks off

Common Requests

  • Order changes/cancellations: Email us ASAP with “Change” or “Cancel” in the subject and your order number
  • Tracking help: Can’t find the link? We’ll resend it and check the latest scans
  • Damaged/defective: Send photos within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right
  • Sizing questions: We use premium Bella+Canvas 3001; tell us your height/weight/usual size and fit preference for a recommendation

  • Email contact@saucly.com with “Wholesale,” “Collab,” or “Press” in the subject
  • Include a brief intro, links, and any timelines or requirements

Accessibility

If you encounter any accessibility barriers on our site or checkout, email contact@saucly.com with “Accessibility” in the subject. Describe the issue and the page where it occurred—screenshots help. We’ll assist and address the problem promptly.
