How To Track My Order

Track in Three Steps

  1. Find the shipping email
    When your order ships, we’ll send a Shipping Confirmation with a tracking link. Click it anytime for the latest scan events.
  2. Check your account (if you created one)
    Go to My Account → Orders → Track to view status and tracking.
  3. Guest checkout
    No account? No problem. Reply to your order confirmation or email contact@saucly.com with your order number and we’ll send your tracking link.

When Will Tracking Update?

  • Processing time: Typically 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri) before your order ships.
  • Activation delay: Carriers may take 24–48 hours to show the first scan after we generate a label.

What Do These Statuses Mean?

  • Label Created / Pre-Shipment: We created your label. Tracking will update after the first carrier scan.
  • In Transit: Your package is moving through the network.
  • Out for Delivery: It should arrive today.
  • Delivered: Marked delivered by the carrier. If you can’t find it, see “Delivered but Not Received” below.

Delivered but Not Received?

  1. Check your mailbox, porch, side/back door, and with neighbors/building management.
  2. Look for a delivery attempt notice or photo in the tracking page.
  3. Wait 24 hours—carriers sometimes mark delivered early.
  4. Still missing? Email contact@saucly.com with your order number and we’ll help investigate.

International Orders

  • Customs processing can add time and may not show frequent scans.
  • Duties/taxes (if any) are the recipient’s responsibility and may be collected upon delivery.
  • If tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ days, email us and we’ll check with the carrier.

Split Shipments

Your order may ship in multiple packages to arrive faster. You’ll receive separate tracking for each.

Having Trouble?

Email contact@saucly.com with:

  • Order number (#1234)
  • Shipping address
  • A brief note about the issue (e.g., “label created for 3 days,” “delivered but not received”)
