Exchanges & Refunds

30-Day Refund Window

We offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Requests received after 30 days will not be honored.

Eligibility

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Include all original tags/packaging when applicable.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
  • Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email contact@saucly.com with your order number (#1234) and whether you want a refund or exchange.
  2. Describe the reason (wrong size, changed mind, damaged, defective) and attach photos if relevant.
  3. We’ll reply with next steps and a return address or label where applicable.
  4. Pack the item securely and ship within 7 days of approval; share the return tracking number.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged item, we cover reasonable return shipping.
  • For all other returns (e.g., size, preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? Email us first to confirm availability.
  • We typically process exchanges after the original item is received and inspected.
  • If you need it fast, place a new order for the replacement and we’ll refund the original item once it’s returned.

Refund Method & Timing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for the product price paid (less any non-refundable shipping).
  • Once your return is delivered and inspected, please allow 3–7 business days for processing, plus your bank’s posting time (typically 3–5 business days).
  • We may refuse or adjust refunds for items not returned in original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and the packaging.
  • After review, we’ll offer a replacement, exchange, or refund and cover any necessary shipping.

Wrong or Missing Items

  • If something is missing or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs paperwork.
  • Duties and taxes paid to your local authority are non-refundable through us; consult your customs office for potential rebates.

Conditions & Exceptions

  • Unauthorized or late returns (received after 30 days) will not be accepted.
  • Worn, washed, stained, scented, or altered items will be declined and returned to sender.
  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit; please use a trackable method.
